NHG has launched GPinfo.nl

NHG has launched the website www.GPinfo.nl! The Dutch website Thuisarts.nl, which has 5 mln visitors every month, served as base for the newly created www.GPinfo.nl  All information is based on Dutch healthcare practices and adapted to the concerns of internationals.

At GPinfo.nl you can find reliable and up-to-date information about the health topics and healthcare in the Netherlands. The available information is evidence based and follows the scientific guidelines of the Dutch College of General Practitioners (NHG). The information is provided in a way that is easy for non-medical readers to understand.

At the moment, many topics can be found at GPinfo.nl. This includes:

• The most common health issues
• Tips on what you can do yourself if you feel unwell
• How to prepare for your GP visit
• How the Dutch healthcare system works
• Where you can find more information
